The 17th Hillsborough International World Oyster Eating Championship
Yet again our local hero Colin Shirlow led the field. He may not have broken his impressive World Record but he is still the undefeated champion.
This year one of the challengers was Linda Li from Canada. Linda won the heats which were held in Canada and managed an impressive 161 Oysters in 3 minutes.
